AAA's National Office Selects Adaptive Planning for
On-Demand Performance Management
Selection by Leading Auto Club Network Exemplifies Rapid Adoption of On-Demand Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting Solutions
Mountain View, Calif., May 15, 2006 — Adaptive Planning, the leading provider of on-demand business performance management (BPM) solutions, today announced AAA's National Office, which coordinates and supports the activities of a federation of clubs providing automotive and travel-related services and products, is the latest company to select Adaptive Planning for streamlining its budgeting and forecasting processes.
AAA offers a wide array of automotive, travel, insurance and financial services to more than 49 million members in the United States and Canada through a network of local club offices, telecommunication centers and Web sites. The AAA National Office, which provides publishing, travel, and IT services to AAA clubs in the United States as well as to Canadian Automobile Association clubs and other international affiliates, needed a solution to replace their spreadsheet-based budgeting and forecasting processes. AAA required a solution that would allow rapid consolidation of plans across over 75 internal organizations, integrate with accounting and payroll systems, and enable easy what-if scenario analysis. To meet these needs, AAA turned to Adaptive Planning.
