Referral Partners
Adaptive Planning routinely works with outsourced domain experts in finance that are trusted advisors to the Finance Department and Executive staff at mid-size companies. Referral Partners can quickly enhance revenue by referring their customers to Adaptive Planning and providing implementation services.
Reseller Partners
Adaptive Planning works with application resellers that service Finance Departments and deliver ERP, GL and other financial solutions to the mid-market. Adaptive Planning provides Partner Program training and support to ensure success reselling and servicing the Adaptive Planning solution. Reseller Partners participate in a commission-based sales program and also gain the professional services business to help the customer get up and running in the Adaptive Planning solution.
Implementation Partners
Implementation Partners assist customers with both on-demand and on-premises deployments of Adaptive Planning solutions. Implementation partners typically have domain expertise in financial applications, BPM and business intelligence software, and/or open source solutions.
Adaptive Planning Partner Program Resources
Adaptive Planning provides a full range of resources for our Referral and Reseller Partnerships. The following are hallmarks for a successful partnership:
- Marketing Development Funds - These funds are made available to our Reseller Partners as a way to help them drive Marketing programs in their territories.
- Sales and Services Training - This set of training modules bring the Partner up to speed in the area of responsibility that they have chosen to take on as an Adaptive Planning Partner.
- Joint Webinars - These publicly held events are designed to drive business opportunities for the Partner and Adaptive Planning. Marketing support for these events is provided by Adaptive Planning.
- Business Plan Development - Our Partner Program Managers deliver a helping hand to our Partnerships that assist in the refinement of the Partner's Business Plan related to representing the Adaptive Planning Solution.
- Partner Support Line - Adaptive Planning is there for our Partners in both technical and sales support on an as needed basis. Our entire staff is trained in business-to-business issues and will speed the resolution on any issue that will help the Partner be successful.
