The Adaptive Planning Support team includes trained financial analysts and expert administrators of the Adaptive Planning system. They are here to help you resolve anything from technical issues to simple "how-to" questions.
Adaptive Planning Support Services are included with each subscription. Standard Support Packages are also available for users of Express Edition.
Premium Support
Premium Support gives customers the fastest response times, whether by phone or e-mail. Premium support is included with the Enterprise edition, and available to all other customers for an additional fee.

Standard Support
Standard Support is included in the subscription price of Adaptive Planning Corporate edition, and is available by either phone or email.

Standard Support Packages for Express Users
Packages of 5 or 10 Standard Support Cases are available for Express Edition users. A Case is defined as a problem or a question. If the Case turns out to be a bug, the client will not be charged for the Case. Standard Support Packages are valid for one year.
