Training

Adaptive Planning offers several training options, including free live group online training sessions, free pre-recorded video training custom, and personal training. Training is delivered either over the web, using the latest internet-based meeting technology, or onsite.

Instructor-led training includes several classes for administrators, both for new customers and for customers who have new staff assuming the administration of an existing model. End-user training sessions are customized for each customer and are delivered using the customer’s own model.

In addition, as part of our commitment to openness and transparency, we make numerous pre-recorded training videos available to customers, partners, and other parties interested in learning more about Adaptive Planning.

Free Live Online Training

Winter 2012 Release: New Feature Overview and Release Updates

These sessions are offered prior to and after the Winter 2012 release, which is scheduled to be released January 27, 2012. The purpose of these sessions is to introduce you to the new features and functionality and offer ideas for integrating the new features into an existing instance.

Administrator Training

This course is designed for clients who have chosen a full implementation (Fixed Bid or Time and Materials) or have new Administrators taking over the administration of an existing model. It covers navigating the application, overview of structure, common administrator tasks, importing data and entering data on sheets, as well as export and reporting. There is a maximum of 5 participants per course. The course includes three 2 hour sessions. Price: $1500.

Advanced Administrator Training

This course is designed for clients who will implement Adaptive Planning without Professional Services support or who will implement as part of an Advantage Pack project. This training covers overview of structure, structure import, building sheets and modeling formulas, importing data and entering data on sheets, as well as export and reporting. There is a maximum of 5 participants per course. This course includes four 2 hour sessions. Price: $2000.

End-User Training

This web-based training is typically designed for end-users or budget managers who need training specific to their model. The focus will be on data entry sheets and reports. These sessions are customized for each client and delivered using the client's own model. The course will be designed to accommodate the internal planning process, timeline and budget process expectations. One hour course. Price: $360 for development and delivery of the first session. $180 for each additional delivery of the same content.
