Gearhart Honored for Her Support and Dedication to Partners and Continued Global Channel Growth

Adaptive Insights, the leader in cloud corporate performance management (CPM) for the biggest brands and the hottest companies, announced that Carolee Gearhart, senior vice rresident of global channels and international sales, has been named to the prestigious list of The Channel Company’s 2015 CRN Channel Chiefs. The influential executives on this annual list represent the most powerful leaders in the IT channel who hold responsibility for driving growth and revenue for their organizations through their indirect channel partners. Gearhart, a two-time CRN Channel Chief winner, has led the biggest partner ecosystem in the cloud CPM industry, with more than 200 partners for Adaptive Insights.

Under Gearhart’s leadership, Adaptive provided its partners with superior support and opportunities for success in 2014:

  • Adaptive’s investment of resources/people to support the channel increased 40% in 2014 and is continuing to grow in 2015
  • Results from active partner new bookings increased by over 100% YoY
  • Contributions to new bookings from the company’s top 20 channel partners increased by over 80% YoY
  • The number of partners qualifying for Gold status is up 150% YoY

In turn, Adaptive partners have played a significant role in the company’s recent growth, contributing to almost half of the company’s 2014 annual recurring revenue (ARR). Adaptive’s top three performing partners grew their Adaptive new bookings on average by 95% YoY. Adaptive also doubled the number of partners exceeding $1 million or more in Adaptive new bookings for 2014.

In international Adaptive markets covered exclusively by partners , Adaptive new bookings grew by more than 50% YoY in 2014, and in Q4 2014 alone Adaptive won customer business with partners in 26 different countries.
