The self-paced courses include videos, how-to demonstrations, and for many courses, a personalized training environment that allows you to practice what you’ve learned in a guided format. If you do not already have access to the Training Center, please contact your customer success manager.

To optimize your experience with the Workday Adaptive Planning online training courses, try to use two monitors/screens.

The training coordinator facilitates adding new members by sharing the link and code he/she received in the leader email. If you cannot locate this email, please email us directly.
To switch from Admin to Learner View, the training coordinator should be able to log in to the Admin Dashboard. In the upper right corner with your initials, you can select Learner View from the drop-down.
To deactivate a user, please email us directly. Once a user is deactivated their seat will be available for reassignment.
Our four-hour training courses give students the opportunity to consume the content and practice in a hands-on environment. We set up training to be viewed within several days or a week in order to keep content top of mind.
We support thousands of customers in our online Training Center, each with unique training environments. Due to the volume of users, we have to limit the time frame to 30 days.
If you prefer to have a practice environment, you may talk with your customer success manager about a sandbox.
Most of our training courses use training environments specific to that course. You can tell if you are in the correct environment for your course, by looking at the training environment name.
Only the class files for each course are located in the corresponding training environment. Ensure that you request the correct model by emailing us.
You can only swap seats if the current seat is held by someone who is no longer with your company or is no longer using Workday Adaptive Planning in their current role.
